Product warranty for plastic orthosis is three months, metal orthosis is one year, prostheses is 1-3 years(Cosmetic hands and feet of six months, stainless steel components of 2 years, mechanical knees of 2 years, pneumatic and hydraulic knees of 3 years, Sach feet of 1 year, carbon fiber feet of 3 years).During the warranty period, the product quality problems due to equipment failure (except improper man-made causes of operation resulting in equipment failures), Medi Gloabl ensures to provide technical support and assist our designated agent with free maintenance service. The shelf life of the product to the manufacturers is subject to the manufacture records.
